ATTENTION ALL CARRIERS: Please be advised that we are in the process of a software transition and as a result we are currently utilizing two PAPS tracking systems. Below are the links to both of those systems. If you are checking for a status on your PAPS, please be sure to check BOTH links. IF your PAPS is not appearing in either of the tracking systems, please contact our office by phone. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU RE-SEND YOUR PAPERWORK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING OUR OFFICE. SENDING DUPLICATE PAPERWORK WILL RESULT IN PROCESSING DELAYS AND CAN ALSO LEAD TO ISSUES/DELAYS WITH CUSTOMS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE BORDER.
